Celebrate the end of this year and the beginning of another by gathering with the community and hitting the tables during the Bitcoin Poker Holiday Series on SwC Poker!

The 2023 Bitcoin Poker Holiday Series begins December 22nd and is comprised of 45 events over 11 days, concluding with New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day events on January 1st.

The Holiday Series includes a mix of your favorite games and some new events not yet seen on SwC including Ante-Only NLH, 2-3-4-5-6 Card Mix, NLH/5-Card PLO Mix, and Event #44 FLIP & GO.

Cash game players will also automatically receive a 3x Krill bonus at all cash game tables during the series.

Holiday Series Leaderboard

Finish in the money of any numbered BPHS event to earn leaderboard points.

The final Top 32 players on the BPHS Leaderboard will qualify for the BPHS Leaderboard Freeroll taking place on January 2nd.

The Leaderboard Point Formula is as follows:

10 x (√Field Size)/√Finish) x (1+Log(Buy-In))

BPHS Leaderboard Pools

Leaderboard Pools are a side competition between players using the Leaderboard points earned when cashing in BPHS events. Challenge your fellow players, claim ultimate bragging rights, and take home extra prizes to prove that you’re the best!

100% of the funds collected in each pool paid to the player in that Leaderboard Pool that accumulates the most points. No fees will be taken out of the pool.

There are Leaderboard Pools with a variety of entry fees available for players of all levels. Players may join as many pools as they would like.

The 2023 Bitcoin Poker Holiday Series Main Event

The Holiday Series Main Event will take place on December 31st and has a guaranteed prize pool of 250,000 μBTC.

As part of this year’s Holiday Series format late registration for the BPHS Main Event has been reduced by 1 hour!

You can win your ticket to the Main Event in one of the SNG satellites found in the SNG lobby, or the 4 Seat Super Satellite held on December 30th.

FLIP SNG satellites automatically place players all-in every hand until there is a single winner remaining. Players are not required to be online when the FLIP SNG runs.

New Events For 2023

The 2023 BPHS features a number of new events, including:

– #8 500 NL Hold’em Ante-Only

NL Hold’em played with no blinds. Each player posts an ante with the player on the button posting a double ante. Play begins with the player to the left of the button.

– #14 500 NL Hold’em Turbo Twist Heads-Up Shootout

Heads-Up Shootout bracket tournament. Play begins with 25 big blind starting stacks and 3 minute levels.

At the conclusion of the 4th level of play all remaining players will be automatically placed All-In until there is one player remaining per table.

– #17 500 NL Hold’em Sniper Stack

Save time and skip ahead to the exciting part of the tournament. Play begins at the 100/200 blind level with a 6k starting stack. 8 minute levels.

– #27 500 PL 2-3-4-5-6 Card Mix

A round by round mix of PL Hold’em, PL Pineapple Hold’em, PL Omaha, 5-Card PLO, 6-Card PLO.

– #35 2k Big Bet Mix

NL 2-7 Single Draw added to the mix of NL Hold’em, PL Omaha, 5-Card PL Omaha H/L

– #36 1k NL Hold’em / 5-Card PLO Mix

A round by round mix of NL Hold’em and 5-Card PLO.

– #44 500 NL Hold’em FLIP & GO

Must qualify by winning one of the Event #44 FLIP & GO Step 1 tournaments found in the SNG lobby. Qualifier SNG played as Pineapple Hold’em with all players automatically placed All-In.

Players dealt 3 hole cards, must choose one to discard after the flop. You do not have to be online when the SNG runs to win.

You may enter and win more than one FLIP SNG qualifier. Extra Event #44 entries converted to 3k tournament tickets.

The Event #44 FLIP & GO Final Stage will resume on January 1st with all qualifying players in the money. Final stage plays as a standard NL Hold’em tournament.
