Our most popular poker series of the year returns this July and the 2024 Bitcoin Series of Poker will be the biggest yet!

This year’s super-sized BSOP includes a wide variety of events for all players. The 2024 schedule sees buy-ins ranging between 250 μBTC and 5,000 μBTC and includes more non-NLH events than ever before.

Rake-free satellites are also available to all events, including FLIP satellites that can be won without the need to be signed in.

The 2024 BSOP schedule features 85 events over 24 days between July 12th and August 4th, with a total of 3,250,000 μBTC (3.25 BTC) in prizes guaranteed!

Two Series Leaderboards

This year’s BSOP will again feature both an overall leaderboard, encompassing all 85 events, and a separate leaderboard exclusively for events in which at least one game other than NL Hold’em is played.

Finish in the money of any numbered event to earn leaderboard points. Players that register for an event before it begins will receive a 1.5x leaderboard point bonus!

Climb the ranks and dominate the competition to secure your spot among the Top 10 players on the overall leaderboard and the Top 5 on the non-NLH leaderboard to win guaranteed prizes.

The final Top 32 players on the Overall Leaderboard will also qualify for the BSOP Total PKO Freeroll on August 5th.

Leaderboard Point Formula:

10 x (√Field Size)/√Finish) x (1+Log(Buy-In))

Register before an event begins and receive a 1.5x point multiplier. Re-entries are eligible to receive the 1.5x bonus as long as the first entry comes before the event begins.

2024 Bitcoin Series of Poker Leaderboard Pools

Leaderboard Pools are a side competition between players using the Leaderboard points earned when cashing in BSOP events. Challenge your fellow players, claim ultimate bragging rights, and take home extra prizes to prove that you’re the best!

100% of the funds collected in each pool paid to the player in that Leaderboard Pool that accumulates the most points.

There are Leaderboard Pools with a variety of entry fees available for players of all levels. Players may join as many pools as they would like.

The 2024 Bitcoin Series of Poker Main Event

The highlight of the series is the 2024 Bitcoin Series of Poker Main Event. The Main Event will be held on August 4th and has a guaranteed prize pool of 200,000 μBTC. Add your name to BSOP history and join the previous Main Event Champions, Bakkhos, Golfer99, and reigning 2023 champion testeree123.

You can win your entry to the Main Event in one of three Super Satellites running each Saturday throughout the series, guaranteeing a total of 12 seats combined.

Updates For 2024

Event #3 The Whopper, with a buy-in of 250 μBTC, has had it’s guarantee increased to a record high 140 entries!

– #73 1k PL 2-3-4-5-6 Card Mix

A round by round mix of games featuring 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 hole cards. The games in order are: PL Hold’em, PL Pineapple Hold’em, PL Omaha, 5-Card PLO, 6-Card PLO.

– #81 500 NL Hold’em FLIP & GO

Players MUST qualify by winning one of the Event #81 FLIP & GO Step 1 tournaments found in the SNG lobby.

This year players have the choice between a standard NLH or a Pineapple NLH FLIP.

In the Pineapple NLH SNG you will be dealt 3 hole cards and must choose one card to discard after the flop.

Both options begin with all players automatically placed All-In before the flop and do not require you to be online when the SNG runs to win.

You may enter and win more than one FLIP SNG qualifier. Extra Event #81 tickets will be converted to regular 3k tournament tickets at the conclusion of the series.

The Event #81 FLIP & GO Final Stage will resume on Saturday, August 3rd with all players already in the money.

The final stage plays out as a regular No Limit Hold’em tournament.
