TYPICAL EMAIL ISSUES
I got an error message when emailing support@SwCPoker.club
REASON: Microsofts Smartscreen Email filter seems to have difficulties with hosts like us that send very few emails per day. To ensure that our messages reach you, we decided to reject connections from providers that dont reliably deliver our emails.
SOLUTION: Use a non-Microsoft email address provider like Gmail, Yahoo, …
SOLUTION2: If you need to email us from your Microsoft address, contact us at the following address: swc_support_team@proton.me …
That address is not affected by the relay issue.
I am unable to reset my account password because I never receive the ‘Reset password’ email
REASON: The email might be in your SPAM folder.
SOLUTION: Some providers marks emails as spam when they find words like ‘poker’ and ‘casino’ in the domain name of the email sender. Check your spam folder and mark the valid emails as non-spam. Avoid this for the future by whitelisting the domain swcpoker.club
REASON: The email has been rejected because the space on your email account has been exhausted.
SOLUTION: Login to your email account and free up some space. Then retry your ‘Reset password’ procedure
REASON: The email you entered and the email on your account differ. Unfortunately, you don’t have access to the old email account.
SOLUTION: Send an email to support@swcpoker.club You will obviously have to go through a number of hoops, but chance are that we will be able to have you update the email and restore access to your account on swcpoker.club.
My emails remain unanswered.

REASON: You abuse our staff in words that we don’t want to repeat here.
SOLUTION: Civility goes both ways. Rather than engaging in this kind of language, we chose to wait until you return to a normal communication.
