Introduction of a Second Leaderboard

For the first time ever, we’re introducing an additional second leaderboard as an extra reward for our mixed game players. This year’s BSOP will feature the overall leaderboard, encompassing all 80 events, and a separate leaderboard exclusively for events in which at least one game other than NL Hold’em is played.

Finish in the money of any numbered event to earn leaderboard points. Players that register for an event before it begins will receive a 1.5x leaderboard point bonus!

Climb the ranks and dominate the competition to secure your spot among the Top 10 players on the overall leaderboard and the Top 5 on the non-NLH leaderboard to win guaranteed prizes.

The final Top 32 players on the Overall Leaderboard will also qualify for the BSOP Total PKO Freeroll on August 21st.

Leaderboard Pools

Another addition to the 2023 BSOP leaderboards this year are Leaderboard Pools. Leaderboard Pools are a new feature that we’ve added to ignite your competitive spirit. Challenge your fellow players, claim ultimate bragging rights, and take home extra prizes to prove that you’re the best!

To enter, simply register for the Leaderboard Pools found in the tournament lobby before the start of Event #1 on July 28th.

At the conclusion of the series, 100% of the funds collected will be paid to the player in each Leaderboard Pool that accumulates the most points. No fees will be taken out of the pool.

There are Leaderboard Pools with a variety of entry fees available for players of all levels. Players may join as many pools as they would like.

The 2023 Bitcoin Series of Poker Main Event

The highlight of the series is the 2023 Bitcoin Series of Poker Main Event. The Main Event will be held on August 20th and has a guaranteed prize pool of 350,000 μBTC. This is your chance to add your name to BSOP history and join the previous Main Event Champions, Bakkhos and GOLFER99.

You can win your entry to the Main Event in one of four Super Satellites running throughout the series, guaranteeing a total of 18 seats combined.

Updates For 2023

The 2023 Bitcoin Series of Poker will see a number of new games added to the schedule. New games making their debut include 6-Card PLO, NL 2-7 Single Draw, Drawmaha, and Heads-Up Shootouts.

The previously spread 8-Game and 11-Game events will now be offered as 9-Game and 12-Game events with the inclusion of NL 2-7 Single Draw to the mix.

Event #3 The Whopper, with a buy-in of 500 μBTC, now has an increased guarantee of 60,000 μBTC!
