The 2024 Bitcoin Poker Holiday Series includes 68 events over 17 days, running from December 20th to January 5th, with a total of 1,600,000 μBTC (1.6 BTC) in prizes guaranteed!

The Holiday Series includes a selection of your favorite games in events for all players with buy-ins ranging from 50 μBTC up to 3,000 μBTC.

Rake-free satellites are available to all events, including FLIP satellites. Join the FLIP satellites and you can win your seat to an event without even being signed in!

Cash game players will also automatically receive a 3x Krill bonus at all cash game tables during the series.

Three Holiday Series Leaderboards

This year’s Bitcoin Poker Holiday Series will again feature an overall Leaderboard, comprised of points earned in all 68 events, and a Non-NLH Leaderboard. The Non-NLH Leaderboard is determined by points earned during events in which at least one game other than No Limit Hold’em is dealt.

New for the 2024 BPHS is the Low Stakes Leaderboard. Points for the Low Stakes Leaderboard will be earned during all events with a buy-in of 250 μBTC or lower.

Finish in the money of any numbered event to earn Leaderboard points.

The final Top 32 players on the Overall BPHS Leaderboard will qualify for the BPHS Leaderboard Freeroll taking place on January 6th.

Leaderboard Point Formula:

10 x (√Field Size)/√Finish) x (1+Log(Buy-In))

Register before an event begins and receive a 1.25x point multiplier. Re-entries are eligible to receive the 1.25x bonus as long as your first entry is made before the event begins.

Holiday Event Leaderboard Bonus

Join us while you celebrate the holidays and receive a 25% Leaderboard point bonus for those events.

Events held on December 24th, December 25th, December 31st and January 1st will award an extra 1.25x more Leaderboard points.

This holiday bonus will be awarded to all players, and may be earned in addition to the 1.25x multiplier for registering early!

BPHS Leaderboard Pools

Leaderboard Pools are a side competition between players using the Leaderboard points earned when cashing in BPHS events. Challenge your fellow players, claim ultimate bragging rights, and take home extra prizes to prove that you’re the best!

100% of the funds collected in each pool paid to the player in that Leaderboard Pool that accumulates the most points. No fees will be taken out of the pool.

There are Leaderboard Pools with a variety of entry fees available for players of all levels. Players may join as many pools as they would like.

The 2024 Bitcoin Poker Holiday Series Main Event

The Holiday Series Main Event will take place on January 5th and has a guaranteed prize pool of 125,000 μBTC.

You can win your ticket to the Main Event in one of the SNG satellites found in the SNG lobby, or the 5 Seat Super Satellite held on January 4th.

FLIP SNG satellites automatically place players all-in every hand until there is a single winner remaining. Players are not required to be online when the FLIP SNG runs.

3x Cash Game Krill Bonus

Cash game players will also be rewarding during the Holiday Series by earning 3x Krill for all play between December 20th and January 5th.

Earn bonus Krill to climb the standings and win the newly increased Krill Leaderboard prizes!

Cash game players can also play to claim their share of the Bad Beat Jackpot, currently worth more than 4,675,000 μBTC (4.675 BTC)! Qualifying Jackpot tables are available with blinds as low as 5/10 μBTC.

Series Highlights For 2024

– #8 250 NL Hold’em ANTE UP

A NL Hold’em tournament structure that involves the blinds remaining at 10/20 throughout the tournament while the antes continue to increase each level.

– #21 1k NL Hold’em Power Hour

This is a timed event which will conclude after 1 hour of play. Prizes will be distributed equal to the number of tournament chips held by each player at the conclusion of the final hand.

– #24 500 NL Hold’em Sniper Stack

Save time and skip ahead to the exciting part of the tournament. Play begins at the 100/200 blind level with a 6k starting stack. 8 minute levels.

– #30 250 NL Hold’em / 5-Card PLO Mix

A round by round mix of NL Hold’em and 5-Card PLO.

– #52 500 PL 2-3-4-5-6 Card Mix

A round by round mix of PL Hold’em, PL Pineapple Hold’em, PL Omaha, 5-Card PLO, 6-Card PLO.

– #63 250 NL Hold’em FLIP & GO

Players MUST qualify by winning one of the Event #63 FLIP & GO Stage 1 tournaments found in the SNG lobby.

The Stage 1 SNG begins with all players automatically placed All-In before the flop.

Players have the choice between playing a standard NLH FLIP or a Pineapple NLH FLIP.

In the Pineapple NLH SNG you will be dealt 3 hole cards and must choose one card to discard after the flop. Players not present when the SNG runs will have a random discard selected.

You may enter and win more than one FLIP SNG qualifier. Extra Event #58 tickets will be converted to regular 3k tournament tickets at the conclusion of the series.

The Event #63 FLIP & GO Final Stage will resume on Saturday, January 4th with all players already in the money.

The final stage plays out as a regular No Limit Hold’em tournament.
